  1. I don’t know if it’s just my eye but the wavy paper edge of the white that clips the DEM paper stacks at the boundary makes me feel as though the colored area is all below the white surface. It might just be my brain and eyes tricking me though?

    1. Your eyes do not betray you! This was my intention. It is supposed to look like a piece of paper with Germany cut out, overlain atop the elevation layers.
