  1. Could you post the details on the color scheme you used (color, transparency, position)? I’ve not been able to tweak the color scheme to get anything but an almost completely dark map.

    Notice that I used here the ray-tracing method for the shaded relief (available in SAGA/QGIS package), which produced a more realistic effect in the shaded hills for a very last light of the sun. Maybe you can use this tip in the next ones your about to make.
